Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "krikyo", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to krikyo and its operators, including its website at krikyo.club and all associated services, software, and features.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the krikyo platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the krikyo platform that allows access to real-money gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds, bonus funds, and free bet credits held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets, or other incentive awards credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Services" means all gaming, sports betting, casino, entertainment, and ancillary services offered by krikyo through the Platform.
• "Restricted Territories" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the krikyo Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the krikyo Platform are conducted.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond krikyo's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or internet infrastructure failure.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the krikyo website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and krikyo. Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and that the person or entity meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the krikyo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age. krikyo is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Registration or use by any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside.
3. You must not be a resident of any Restricted Territory where access to or use of the krikyo Platform is prohibited.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
5. You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person in respect of gaming or betting activity conducted on the Platform.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of krikyo, or an immediate family member of such a person.
7. You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by krikyo for breach of these Terms.

krikyo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of any Balance pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming and betting features on krikyo, you must create a Player Account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the krikyo Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or overlapping accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, krikyo reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending bets or transactions, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify krikyo of any unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

krikyo will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from krikyo that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

krikyo reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, including where krikyo has reason to believe the applicant does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the krikyo Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). krikyo supports the following approved deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by krikyo at any time or modified for individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming policies or risk management requirements.

Important conditions governing deposits include:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. krikyo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• krikyo does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or charges, for which krikyo accepts no liability.
• krikyo reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit as part of its verification and anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Funds deposited on the Platform are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• krikyo operates a closed-loop withdrawal policy wherever possible, meaning withdrawals will be directed back to the original deposit method used.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

1. The Player's Account must be fully verified, including completion of identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, source-of-funds verification.
2. All active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before those funds may be withdrawn. Real-money funds that have not been co-mingled with bonus wagering activity are not subject to this restriction.
3. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.
4. The Player must not be under any Account restriction, investigation, or suspension at the time of the withdrawal request.

krikyo aims to process verified withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) Business Days, depending on the chosen payment method. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are typically processed on the same Business Day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to five (5) Business Days.

krikyo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or bank statement. krikyo may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of this review.

In the event that a Player's Account is closed, whether voluntarily or by krikyo, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to successful completion of all verification requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

krikyo offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific promotional terms applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. A Player may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets at the applicable contribution rates. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; specific contribution percentages are detailed in the promotion terms.
• krikyo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases where krikyo has reason to believe a promotion is being abused.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus wagering requirements, or collusion between players to extract bonus value, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Player.

Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on the krikyo Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform interface or associated help documentation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in respect of that game only.

krikyo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all electronic casino games, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in certified studio environments and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.

In respect of sports betting, the following general conditions apply:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published on the Platform. Results are determined by reference to the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• krikyo reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of the abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with the market rules applicable to that event.
• krikyo reserves the right to limit the maximum stake and/or winnings payable on any bet at its discretion.
• The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

krikyo is not responsible for any interruption to gaming or betting services caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or Force Majeure events. Where a game round or bet is interrupted due to a technical fault, krikyo will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the activity fairly based on available data.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krikyo Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with any sporting event on which bets are placed via the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players, including in live poker, live dealer, or other multi-player game formats.
• Using any software tool, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the Platform.
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider after those funds have been used for gaming activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing krikyo staff or other Players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the krikyo Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, database architecture, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the exclusive property of krikyo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

krikyo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Distribute, publish, transmit, or display any Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of krikyo.

Any use of krikyo's intellectual property beyond the scope of the licence granted herein requires the prior written consent of krikyo. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and krikyo reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Privacy & Data

krikyo collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

krikyo is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all Player data. Personal information is collected only where necessary for the provision of Services, verification of identity, prevention of fraud, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. krikyo does not sell personal data to third parties.

Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of their personal data held by krikyo, subject to krikyo's legal obligations to retain certain data. Requests relating to personal data should be directed to [email protected].

krikyo employs industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure data storage, access controls, and regular security audits to protect Player data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.

Responsible Gaming

krikyo is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting vulnerable players. krikyo provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your Account dashboard.

If you believe that your gaming is having a negative impact on your financial situation, relationships, or mental wellbeing, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek appropriate support. Further guidance is available on our Responsible Gaming page.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, krikyo will take reasonable steps to ensure that the excluded Player is not able to access gaming or betting Services during the exclusion period. Marketing communications to self-excluded Players will be suspended immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikyo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers expressly exclude all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any error, omission, inaccuracy, or incompleteness in any content published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any Force Majeure event that affects the availability or performance of the Platform.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude krikyo's liability for death or personal injury caused by krikyo's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gaming and betting involve financial risk. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. krikyo is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your gaming or betting activity.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the krikyo Platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. krikyo aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) Business Days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, krikyo operates a formal complaints procedure. Written complaints submitted to [email protected] will be reviewed by a senior member of the krikyo team and a final decision will be communicated to the Player within fifteen (15) Business Days of the complaint being escalated to the formal procedure.

krikyo's decision on any gaming or betting dispute, including disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility, shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error or fraud. Where a manifest error has resulted in an incorrect settlement, krikyo reserves the right to correct the error regardless of the direction of the correction.

Amendments to These Terms

krikyo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, krikyo will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice published on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

krikyo also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice, including in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, or business circumstances. krikyo shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
